About Lisa
Lisa Muchnik is a children's book author, nurse anesthetist, mother of two, and certified yoga instructor, with a speciality in aerial yoga. She is always discovering unique ways to incorporate her talents, knowledge, and passions into her writing and author journey. Lisa is also a novice harp player and loves to travel. You know she means business when she is spotted with her oversized mug of green tea.
She loves doing author visits at schools and libraries and is proudly a BOCES Arts in Education provider in both Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York.
